Get fit with your baby and enjoy a workout in the fresh air while taking baby in the pram. An excellent way to socialise and meet new mothers as well as spending some nice time with your baby and improving your road back to fitness.
A workout that combines some cardio, strength work and endurance as well as toning up muscles and re discovering those that need little kick start.
Fun friendly sessions, using the parks and equipment of benches and steps outdoor as well as some light resistance bands and balls mixed with partner exercises and team games all while bringing baby along for the fun too. That much needed escape in the day to have little you time, make sure you don’t miss all the laughter.
Suitable for mother 6 weeks post natal and we welcome those with twins and siblings if they are in the buggy too!
