are all used to determine the baseline statistics for your exercise
programme. A excellent way to re-evaluate progress at selected
stages throughout your training.
Express Workout
A short and effective workout to boost your energy levels,
before, at lunchtime or after work. A varied circuit based gym
routine promoting weight loss, resistance training and
cardiovascular fitness.
Abs & Core Training
Improve your stomach strength and supporting trunk muscles
with a specific session targeting the abs, back, hips, buttocks
and thighs. Help to improve your posture by gaining greater
core stabilisation in turn strengthening back muscles and
developing greater tone in the hip, buttock and thighs.
Train Together
Team up with a partner, friend or colleague and get fit together. Share
a workout session and improve your fitness, choose individual goals
and follow your own personal programme, but don’t do it alone.
One to one Workout
Choose to follow an individual fitness plan, have a weekly session or
two with your trainer and see the difference. Expert instruction, varied
exercises, challenging workouts. Block booking discounts available.
Once a Month 4 week Programme
Get a weekly training session and a new programme each week to follow. Don’t allow your programme to get boring or go stale - opt for this 4 week
workout. Learn new exercises, use different equipment and challenge the body
to change. Online support available via email.
Sports Performance
Are you serious about your sport and need to gain some extra exercises to
improve speed, agility, strength or core stability? Choose a personal trainer to
put you through your paces and attain your goals.
Weigh to go
Exercise and weigh in with a weekly appointment, chart your weight loss and
your exercise achievements. Be ready to see the difference with a structured
plan for your diet and a balanced exercise routine

Introduction to Exercise
Are you new to the gym, have never used an exercise machine or lifted a weight before? Ease yourself in gently with this basic programme
for exercise beginners.
Learn correct techniques, valuable exercises and gain some confidence to get

Exercise Block Bookings
If you decide to follow a programme of exercise it’s advisable to get a block
booking for a number of reasons. Firstly, it means you are serious about getting fit, secondly you
save money and finally you have made the committed to do it.
