You choose. If you struggle for time or have family commitments then let the gym come to your home. All sessions are conducted within your living room or garden. You are taught to utilise your home as a fitness tool, learning the correct techniques for individual exercises that will last you a lifetime. The hardest part of exercise is getting started and Mbody will help you to commit to get fit!If you are looking to develop an existing exercise programme and regularly attend the gym or exercise classes, then let Mbody design a challenging workout for you by adding new exercises and varied training methods. Alternatively if you are new to the gym, enlist an Mbody Personal Trainer to give you the confidence to use the machines and weights successfully.
Training times, frequency and duration
Day, evening and week-end appointments are available, so there is always time to fit in a personal fitness session, Mbody will work round your timetable. If you are looking to see real improvements, it is recommended that you exercise for 30 minutes most days. For many clients a block booking of sessions is the answer - you may choose 12 sessions and use them once, twice or three times per week. It will realistically take at least 3 months to see any real results, and as the motivator behind your success I aim to deliver a varied, challenging and exciting workout.
